Well, that hurt.
Let's just say that was a show of strength from the Indiana Pacers....they ain't 15-6 for nothing.
There's little to be gained from railing on particular players today...collectively they were poor.
There's little point either in railing at Rick Adelman either...the poor guy has a healthy roster...y'know...we all believed this would be the beginning of something but ofcourse when you're launched into a truncated season and you've had the kind of injury "troubles" that the Twolves have had well....there are more than a few wrinkles to be sorted out.
Excuses over.
There must be good reason that we were treated to 17.30 of junk from Wes Johnson last night...it is debatable whether Darko should have played, he looked spent after a couple of trips up and down the floor...Wayne Ellington only six minutes?
Questions, questions.
I have faith that Adelman will find the right blend and weed out what he doesn't see being strong enough to develop within his framework.
This was a hiding....from a superior team....and I don't care what Jim Pete says, if Mike Beasley wants to stick up for his friend I say...good for you Mike...at least it showed you gave a sh*t.
Let's move on.
