Now, our best player can either react as we all hope he will and play his normal game....meaning he will dominate the boards and score lots of points....or he'll let the pressure get to him and retreat into his shell....does K-Love have a shell?......naaaahhhhhhh.
Love will record a double double in this game make no mistake about that....the thing is, who will step up into the supporting slot. One would hope that Pek continues his rich vein of form and that Ricky puts the pressure on Lowry....okay, no surprises with those bold predictions...I'll readily admit that.
Luke Ridnour steadied the ship on Wednesday and started to find that scoring groove again. When Luke scores the Twolves invariably do well ( I'm sure there are stats bods would be able to prove this...or disprove it, it just feels that way). It would be nice if he could continue the strong finish against Charlotte into this game. Luke has scored 22, 11 and 17 against The Rockets this season...if he registers a high teen tonight we win.
Who will be the "X" factor?....Will Beasley and Williams play?.... Who knows?
Word of warning - Kevin Martin is at his most predictably unpredictable...untouchable v OKC
